We are an independent environmental consultancy with extensive experience undertaking Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and non-statutory environmental assessment throughout the UK. Our project experience cuts across a range of sectors from large scale infrastructure projects to urban regeneration developments.
We are passionate about facilitating sustainable development and pride ourselves on providing commercially focused environmental planning advice to clients. Our proactive and collaborative approach with clients, technical teams and consultees ensures the assessment process runs efficiently and gives your project the best possible foundation for success through the planning process and beyond.
Our team has experience through all stages of the development lifecycle, working on feasibility studies, EIA Screening, Scoping, Environmental Statement (ES) delivery, discharging environmental planning conditions, post planning advice through to environmental management of construction activities on site.

The EIA Regulations require all EIAs to be prepared by a ‘competent expert’. Our team at STK has substantial experience managing EIAs and the project leads are Practitioner members of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA).
