What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, organisation, sector, project stage and message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our business email. We keep enquiry information for 24 months unless it becomes part of a client project, in which case it is kept in line with our project records.

Third-party services

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@stkenvironmental.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
